About The Reading Teachers

Hello all and welcome to our book blog! We are Jena and Sam, two friends and teachers who love to get lost in a great book. Although we are in are no longer in high school (Amen) we have a slight obsession with Young Adult literarture. Ever since reading Twilight, we have braved the YA section of our local book store proudly, with our heads held high, like the successful twenty-somethings that we are. :)  What we were suprised to find is that we were not the only non-teens standing down that aisle. Young Adult fiction is popular among all age groups and we love to read and discuss our current books with our friends. Even though we favor YA, we still enjoy reading a variety of books and will post about them as well.
